Shipping

On the economical smaller pieces I have kept the shipping price as low as possible by using letter post. This does not afford the same protection as a box. I feel that this method of shipping is satisfactory. I will replace any pieces broken during shipping, free of charge, upon proof of damage.

The larger pieces will be shipped by parcel. I recommend opening the parcel at the post office or in front of the delivery person to inspect for damage. All parcels will be insured. To qualify for this insurance YOU MUST INSPECT YOUR AMBER IN FRONT OF THE DELIVERY PERSON.

Returns

All of our amber is natural and has not been treated using chemicals, heat or irradiation. Natural amber has small defects that are caused in the fossilization process. I try to describe the pieces accurately , if you need more information email for a more detailed description.

If you are not completely satisfied with your pendant or bead you may return it for an exchange. You will be responsible for any shipping involved in the exchange process.
